“Location e struttura incantevoli anche se un po datate. Personale incompetente e incapace di comunicare se non in vietnamita.Totale mancanza di elasticità verso qualsiasi richiesta del cliente.ristorante monotono e di scarsa qualità. Da evitare le escursioni,costose e molto turistiche.Servizi in disuso e non all'altezza di un 5 stelle.”

“Il resort è davvero bello anche se è inutile prenotare camera con giardino perchè poi ti rifilano quella con il balcone. Unico problema è la lontanza dal centro che tuttavia si può superare utilizzando il loro free shuttle. ristoranti interni decisamente costosi rispetto gli standard vietnamiti. ti senti un po' agli arresti domiciliari!”

“From service to room cleanliness, everything was top notch. The hotel is newly opened so not a lot of people know about it but this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stay in Vietnam. Also Hieu and Nam are very helpful and kind. They always made sure that our stay was ok and if we need anything else. The view is amazing!”

“Se si cerca una vacanza di relax è il posto ideale. È direttamente su una spiaggia tropicale. Nel nostro pacchetto erano previsti un trattamento alla spa a testa. Camera grande e grazie all’upgrade abbiamo avuto una villa con piscina. Si può praticare yoga e tai chi tutti i giorni. Ristorazione ok. ”

“Loved everything except the beach was very dirty with lots of garbage. Likely not much the resort could do with it washing up but definitely could have cleaned it up more often. Long way to get a drink from beach with no waiters serving the beach area. Loved the room and the view and the food was good. ”
