“The resort and its beach are great, behind the corner from ugly Nha Thrang (which however offers many restaurants that can be easily reached with the free boat shuttle service of the hotel). What is incredible is that in a 5 star resort of this kind, some of the staff is so unprofessional and often almost rude (starting from the hotel manager). The owners should definitely do something about that. ”

“We had a fantastic stay. We had a pool villa and couldn’t have been more impressed with the size of the room. Extremely comfortable rooms and very clean. After a long day of travel, we were picked up from the airport and although we arrived well before check in time, our room was ready within an hour. We had the all inclusive package including all meals and drinks. Cuisine was more towards their regular travellers from Russia and Korea, which was a nice way to explore other cuisines. “Vi bodde i en 2 soverom villa med privat basseng. Dette var helt perfekt for en familie på 5 personer. Servicen var upåklagelig! Frokost og middagsbuffet er lagt tilrette for asiatere og russere, som det er mest av på hotellet ( ikke så mange russere) plassen er helt nydelig! Det eneste jeg savnet var søppelbøtter på stranden, til å legge plasstikk/ søppel fra sjøen i.”
