The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. “Big room and finally air conditioning perfect ”

“We changed room twice because air-conditioning unit was bad in 1 room smelt like damp clothes, the other room also had issues with air-conditioning unit and the extractor fan in bathroom did not work so room smelt of pee, the towel rack was hanging off wall, we was on 5th floor and no lift which was annoying ”

“部屋のタイプを変更したつもりが、行って見たら同じホテル系の別のホテルと言われソンテウを手配してもらい、該当ホテルに移動しました。 ホテルというより実質はサービスアパートです。日中は受け付けスタッフがいますが、深夜早朝は不在になり、同じ系列のホテルにはスタッフがいるので、連絡電話番号を教えてもらっておきました。スタッフに友人に場所を連絡するための目印か分かり易い案内方法を尋ねたが、ネームカードの住所しか答えないし、近所にマッサージ、食事店、ランドリーの店を尋ねたが答えられず、困りました。通勤時間帯の周辺の道はとても込みました。室内は清掃はされており清潔でしたが、些か不快な臭いもして、再度宿泊したいとは思いません。”

Nessun personale presente ad accoglierci, abbiamo dovuto fare molteplici chiamate per capire dove si trovasse la nostra camera. Il personale non capiva l’inglese e l’unica persona che ci ha aiutati è stato un ragazzo del posto, non legato all’hotel. Avevo prenotato per 3 adulti, ma la realtà è stata ben diversa. Per tutta la vacanza siamo stati costretti a dormire tutti e tre nello stesso letto, perché nessuno si è degnato...
