“Disappointed. For a premium stay, the service was budget-tier. There is a major lack of communication here: they brought the wrong HDMI cable, and then questioned us at checkout about where it was because the staff hadn't tracked that we’d already returned it. To top it off, I was interrupted mid-conversation while eating on the 33rd floor to be told flip-flops weren't allowed—despite zero signage. For this price, I expect much higher standards and basic coordination.”

“Hotel sontuoso ed elegante con meraviglioso giardino interno. Avendo prenotato la stanza club abbiamo beneficiato di check in dedicato al piano. La minisuite super e confortevole. Il Dusit è localizzato a 10 minuti a piedi da Pattaya central, il che a mio avviso è un bene in quanto i dintorni sono silenziosi. Poi come detto 10 min a piedi o 1 minuto con i mini bus sempre presenti e si può raggiungere la zona della città più viva e caotica.”

“Staff was excellent! Amenities were fine. Fitness is OK, but having pull up bar would be nice. Minibar kind of expensive, we stayed earlier in marriott 5 stars new hotel, minibar was twice cheaper. Breakfast wass OK, but at marriott was much better with more choices for the same price. Location is good. The only thing is a room, smelled bad due to toilet sink, staff gave us a air purifier, but if toilet sink stink, nothing helps. Might be only our room, who knows, haven't check other rooms. ”
