“Pessima esperienza. Ho pernottato una settimana e non sono mai state fatte le pulizie. Lenzuola e asciugamani mai sostituiti . Mi hanno fornito solo un rotolo di carta igienica per una settimana. Ho trovato scarafaggi nel bagno 3 volte. Il prezzo non è economico. La piscina che si vede dalle foto non è mai usata da nessuno perché l’acqua è sporca.”

“I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I...

“Apartment was fine but needed a deep clean many corners in bathroom and toilet had dust and cobwebs. Location is great and most of the staff were good with others not so helpful. Also pool area is great at sunset with beautiful views”

“Room was so much in disarray and unidentified stains all over the sofa, I had to call and request a room change. They did however change me into a studio from a two bedroom. I am supposed to be getting 2/3 of my pay back, but that has yet to be seen. Every month and weekend there seems to be a festival (loud music) in Mactan Cebu; the bass is so loud it rattles the windows in the condo. I checked out early at 10 pm because this festival on 21 Feb 2026. It was still going at 10:45 pm and slotted...
