“Our experience overall was a poor one! For a property rated 5 star, they are fooling people, it should be rated 2 or at max 3 stars, just based on the sheer size of it. To begin with, we were a large group of 13 people (8 adults and 5 kids). Our kids were of various ages, the youngest being 2.5 year olds. We arrived at 1pm at the property only to know that villas have not been allotted yet and those allotted were far off. Then our friends paid for an upgrade, for which they took the payment...
