“Bungalow fronte spiaggia fantastici la sera si sentiva il mare , il resort è l’unico che ha una spiaggia grande con lettini ed è piena di palme che fanno un ombra tutto il giorno meraviglioso ”
“The Pullman is a lovely resort. The two ocean view room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were comprehensive. Lotions, shampoo, conditioner, shaving supplies, toothbrushes etc. Plenty of bottled water. Daily cleaning. In-room safe, slippers and dressing gowns. The water heater wasn’t doing its job one evening, which was frustrating, but right before dinner when maybe a lot of people were using it. We visited the spa and it was great having the evening special 40% off treatments. We had...
“We had an ocean villa and it was incredible. We also had LEVEL access and it was so exceptional. The food, drinks and staff went above and beyond. It was one of the most memorable holidays. I used the spa and had a massage which was so lovely. I also had access to the sauna and spa afterwards.”
“This property heavily exceeded our expectations! We walked in and our jaws dropped seeing how classy and stunning this villa is! The private pool was adorable and our bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable! The staff was extremely accommodating when we requested more water bottles and they were very helpful with getting around on the buggy when needed. The beach is in close proximity, and so are many spas. Highly recommend!!!”
“Well place hotel close to the fireworks section, with amazing staff and great amenities. Very European accommodation (small rooms) there are very comfortable with great bathroom facilities, an amazing breakfast selection and the best coffee one can buy in the area.
One the reception staff have your WhatsApp, they are in continued communications to ensure your trip is going ok and with any bookings.
Great stay”
“This was the perfect stay for us for our leg in Vietnam. We got exactly what we paid for. Breakfast got a little boring after a few days which would be expected when you stay for 8 days. Housekeeping placed our kids soft toys in different settings every day which they loved. Brought a laugh to us every day when we returned to our room. Special mention to the manager Tom who made sure all their guests felt comfortable.”

“Comfortable apartment with nice view over the neighbouring forest, this was very enjoyable. Practical balcony and washing machine, also well equipped kitchen.
Fails a bit on the side of cleanliness, although bedding was great, the towels always had stains on them, also kitchenware did not feel exactly clean. Bed was very comfortable and when we had extra requests get answers quite soon. ”
“Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, comfortable and with views of the sea. Slight smell of damp, but that was throughout the whole tower, not just the room.
Everything in the room worked fine and the host services was easy and punctual.”
“This is the best stay I have had. The awesome view of island sunset and I can watch fireworks from the balcony every night. The room is super clean, has washer, dryer and full size refrigerator. ”

Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor
10/10 Eccellente
"We recently spent five nights at the Premier Residences Resort in Phu Quoc with our extended family—15 people in total, including four kids and four seniors. This resort was actually recommended to us by Expedia after our original villa booking got canceled, and honestly, it turned out to be a fantastic alternative.
First off, let me just say: the pool area is unforgettable. It’s not just one pool, but a whole series of terraced pools on different levels stretching over 150 meters. There are waterslides for kids, and the depths vary from a shallow 20 centimeters for the little ones to about 1.7 meters for adults. At the end of the pool area, you step right onto a gorgeous beach, probably one of the nicest on the island.
The resort itself is huge—maybe even a bit too big for my taste. I’m not the biggest fan of massive resorts, and seeing over a thousand people at breakfast can feel a little overwhelming. But to give credit where it’s due, the breakfast buffet is absolutely enormous. It's truly impressive.
Now, on the flip side, I did find the lunch and dinner buffet a bit repetitive.
Aside from that, I have to praise the staff: they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are just lovely—great showers and all the amenities you’d want. Overall, I'd definitely give it five stars and say it’s a beautiful resort. Just a little too big and a bit too touristy for my personal taste, but if that’s your vibe, you’ll love it"
