In data 2 marzo la compagnia aerea ci contatta e ci da la spiacevole notizia che il nostro volo dell'11 marzo è stato cancellato perché il governo Vietnamita aveva sospeso tutti i voli da e per l'Italia e quindi nuova partenza in data 4 marzo. Vado ad informare la reception dell'accaduto, chiedendo gentilmente se possono rimborsarmi le 7 notti con colazione non sfruttate, anche parzialmente e mi dicono che devo contattare il sito di prenotazione...

Mai vista una simile attenzione al cliente, una pulizia quasi maniacale, una buona manutenzione (muri pulitissimi), tante piccole coccole come una salviettina fresca al mattino in spiaggia, una pallina di gelato al pomeriggio, una storia e cioccolatino alla sera in camera. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Da migliorare insonorizzazione della porta comunicante tra le due camere...si sente tutto. Mettete un pannello fonoassorbente. Da tornarci di sicuro.”

“Die Anlage war traumhaft, direkt in der Nähe eines Strandes mit weißem Sand gelegen. Das Hotel wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut und sieht dementsprechend auch neu und gepflegt aus. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war das Beste, das wir in unseren drei Wochen in Vietnam hatten. “Beatiful structure, spacious and clean room, excellent new pool. Definitely positive factors: amenties, beach bag, facilities of hotel, yoga classes😜. Beach of Famiana is really nice, same as garden area. Breakfast offers rich selection sweet, salt variety, fruits. It is possible also rent a motorcycle directly at reception. I believe that the area in front of hotel will be cleaned soon or its just under maintenance or something supposed to be constructed there. I want to believe so, because...

“Good experience, we enjoied the resort as well as its location on a nice piece of beach. Very relaxing week end. We did snorkelling around some islands south-east of Phu Quoc and it was nice. Of course it cannot be compared to Maldives or Carribean Islands, but for sure it is one of the best place in Vietnam for marine holidays. Lots of building yards are present in the southern part of the island and in few years Phu Qouc will be unrecognizable, I hope that the island cleaning will improve...
