“接客がとても良いです。レトロモダンと言った感じで、外国人の方が喜びそうな雰囲気だと思いました。朝食付きでしたが、とてもおいしかったです。車で行く場合は急な坂を上るので少し運転しにくいですが、旅館の外観は木々がたくさんあり、とても良く、秋に行ったら、紅葉がとても綺麗そうだと思い、また来たいと思いました。”

“This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink. There is an onsen available that is private (it can hold up to two people in the same group, you mark it as occupied when you are in there). “Some more maintenance could be done. Refrigerator was not working and when I went to check if it was plugged it, there were piles of dust behind. Toilet seat had some clear glue like substance on it, maybe residual cleaner. Overall clean otherwise. The facilities are starting to look dated but kept it good shape. I wish I knew about the free shuttle before I walked 20 minutes from the train station. Free Landry machines are a nice touch with QR code to check machine status.”
