“Staff very helpful and friendly. Laundry facilities are excellent especially using an app to pay instead of coins. Location brilliant for Universal Studios and Universal City Walk for food options. 7-11 and Lawson are a 5 minute walk away. Would recommend. N.B. The JR Sakurajima station is across the road of the hotel, 2 minute walk and not 8 minutes (backtracking) walk stated on Google Maps.”

“The hotel is a bit dated, still using physical keys for the rooms and the elevator. While the staff was very pleasant, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. My biggest issue was with the booking. I explicitly booked a room for Two adults and two children, but upon arrival, we were given a room with only one queen bed. When I pointed out that I had registered the children, the hotel demanded an additional ¥7,000 per day just to put an extra mattress...
