“We had a wonderful stay at the Oriental Hotel Universal City in Osaka. The property's convenient location next to the JR line and metro station made navigating our itinerary very easy, especially with it being in the heart of the Universal CityWalk and so close to Universal Studios Japan, shopping, and dining. Our room was spacious, clean, and accommodating. We also greatly enjoyed the complimentary pancakes, ice cream, drinks, and afternoon hot dogs, as well as the buffet breakfast available...

“Check-in was on a lower floor to the entrance of hotel. No formal greeting as was told to sled check-in at machine so nobody actually to speak to. Felt very mechanical. No sign of the baths onsen in the hotel at all so didn’t use them so disappointed. Room was good and view was lovely on 49th floor. Fridge was useless as was the air con. The freezer door was missing which meant that everything we put in the fridge, like fresh milk and drinks and snacks, got frozen and had to be thrown...

“We can not say enough good things about this hotel! The family room was fantastic and our daughter loved the bunk bed. The amenities, staff, laundry services, breakfast and location were amazing. We would highly recommend for any families coming to Osaka. Thank you!”

“Hotel in a very good position - despite the window of the room was in front of the departuring area was well soundproofed - Room was clean bathroom a bit old - For this kind of hotel I recomend to have the timeschedule of the fly directly on TV in the room. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't include in the fare. There isn't quick cofee bar corner.”
