Case in affitto a Isola di San Carlos

“Amazing host! The property was clean, the area enjoyable and convenient. The kids had the best time in the communal pool area with other families. And the best part was an abundance of beach towels. It's a small things but boy did it make life easier. Communication was top tier. 10/10 no notes. Thank you so much ”

“Wow! This property was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious and clean. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for our stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior. It was perfect! We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards. There is a lot of patio furniture for lounging and the large outdoor table was great with plenty of seating. One thing we did find was that the concrete steps and landing by the dock, when wet, was incredibly slippery and we had wished...

“House was as pictured. Easy check in. Location was great for what we needed. Nice layout. On first walking in the house is nice. However, it seems as though nothing has been maintained since it was built. Loose shower handles, holes in the bathroom wall where the towel bar must've fallen off and never patched. Front door hard to close. Could use a coat of paint on a lot of the walls. The coffee machine didn't work and when we contacted the owner, we were told we would have to descale it, which...

“Primeramente solo estuve en la propiedad por unas hora pues cuando llegamos nos percatamos que la casa estaba muy caliente pues el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando lo bajamos un poco pero nunca bajo de 87 frados farenga”

“This house was beautiful! The pool was great, everything was clean and accurate to the pictures and was centrally located. We we only about a 30 minute drive to Sanibel Island. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house had all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. Our family had a great time and spent most of the week by the pool. We will definitely stay again!”

“We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. After about 10 minutes I phoned the after hours emergency...

“Great little place to stay. Cute and enough space for our family of 4. The host was great about getting back with me quick with any questions I had. The walk to the beach was easy and around 3-5 min. The best part was that it was dog friendly. The lounge out back was comfy for my morning coffee breaks. It is in great location and close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.”

“This property is a very nice home, clean, well kept, full kitchen with more than the basics for cooking. I made a complete breakfast both mornings and used the oven to make dinner. Home was well decorated as well. Only a few very minor annoyances; some road construction a couple houses away (thankfully its residential and not overly traveled), I couldn't find a broom/vacuum, not enough laundry soap to do the second load of linens (I let the owner know). Otherwise, everything else was great,...
