“Worst room I’ve ever booked in my life, extremely dirty, advertised as “sleeps 3” but only one bed and a bench seat, very hot inside. Left as soon as we walked in and went else where,”

“I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a full kitchen with a gas stovetop. Instead, I was given a room with only a kitchenette. As I am traveling with my family and child and we are pure vegetarians, the kitchen was essential for preparing our meals. This has caused significant inconvenience, that's why it's terrible experience. I am unhappy with the service and request a full refund to my original payment method.”

“For one night in and out, it was fine. It had a stove a microwave a fridge. Pillows were as flat as pancakes.”

“Ac worked,, there were fans in each room of the cabin. Bedrooms wre clean and although the decor was dated..it worked for what we needed. (We had some elderly people with us and they loved it) Bathroom shower was loose however it worked and we were greatful it had 2 bathrooms in it. The windows had cool features in them as well.”

“upon arrival the outside was beautiful, and the building/plants were well maintained. but after entry we were greeted by the owner who awkwardly changed our room we paid for (first floor) to a basement (apparently he had double booked the room) which was not great at all. The smell was musky and moldy (from what we assume was improper treatment of exposed brick?) The kitchen sink was spitting up dirt. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. There were multiple spider webs...

“We recently stayed at the Harbour house for 3 nights. It is in a perfect location. We could walk everywhere. Rooms were very nice and clean and staff were friendly. The laundry facility was an added bonus.”

“Such a unique and historic place! We enjoyed our stay here and the owners were lovely people. Breakfast every morning was great. We were 2 adults and 2 teens and found the room good but slightly small for the 4 of us. That said, it was beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend.”
