“Room smelled of mold Site stated we would have an ocean view. We had a view of a side wall. No bell hop service. ”

“Everything is at the sister hotel 15 min walk. 1 min max of hot water in shower and our room did not get cleaned once in a 5 night stay, no new towels or more toliet paper. Room does have a/c though. ”

“Sunset Gardens was nice enough and I would stay there again, but it was not 5 star accommodations. If you stay at a fancy resort I am guessing you will not experience the idiosyncrasies of island life. We stayed 2 nights and really only slept and showered.
