“The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Beautiful spacious bathrooms. Gorgeous harbor view with close proximity to quality shops and restaurants. Our host Fred had many helpful suggestions for restaurants in Charlottetown and in different parts of PEI. He couldn’t have been nicer. I would definitely stay there again if visiting PEI.”

“This was a lovely property! It is in a historical building just a couple of minutes walk from the harbor. It has all the amenities one could hope for including washer/dryer and two parking spots.Ryan was very good at responding to communications.A beautiful property in a wonderful location!”

“It’s a beautiful place, it needs to be more valued in the add!! It’s a good price for what you get, it’s right next to everything, beautiful long balcony, big bathroom, couch and bed, kitchen with two fridges… it’s really beautiful. The pickup for the keys could be thought through again I think… it’s good that the host is there to show us how the keys work, but the communication via text and wait time could throw off others possibly. What a great experience!!”

“We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The nearby Sally's beach was a pleasant surprise and it was perfect. Our only issue (that is our personal preference) is that we found the beds to be uncomfortable especially the pullout sofa. The king beds were beautiful and looked like antiques but they made a lot of noise when you moved around and were not very comfy, Still a 5-star experience.”

“It would be difficult to overstate just how great our stay at 1 Brighton was! Modern elegance but so so comfortable. Central to everything, but not city hustle bustle. The place is so nicely done architecturally, and it was a real treat to stay here, cook our dinners (rather than always going out), and getting great sleep in a comfortable bed! “It was a very convenient location with great cafe, bakery, grocery store and best of all - the fish market in walking distance. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook our purchases from that fish market. BBQ was there but weather not overly conducive for using it but nice touch given the view across the water. The hosts were very prompt at responding to communications and addressed a minor issue promptly.”

“Condo très bien équipé. L’emplacement est bien, mais pas près de la plage comme le laisse croire les photos. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité quand nous sommes arrivés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais sans fenêtre. Très spacieux.”
