“When we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready yet but we were able to change into bathing suits and go to the pool. The pool area was large maybe needed more chairs but there were many activities going on throughout the day. It was very windy which without the sun was a little chilly at times. We ate at all of the restaurants and the food was very good. It was first come first serve so we arrived when they opened and we got right in. We went on a free shuttle to a shopping area. “Il soggiorno è stato molto rilassante: il resort è grande ma non enorme, si raggiunge tutto tranquillamente a piedi, animazione divertente ma non invasiva, spiaggia tenuta pulita (più di altri resort nei dintorni che abbiamo visto facendo delle passeggiate), cibo ok, forse un po’ ripetitivo al buffet. Le camere sono carine e pulite. Inizialmente ce ne avevano data una con vista sul ristorante dove c’era forte odore di cibo, ma abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e l’hanno fatto, sono stati molto...

"Non sono riuscito a partire in quanto non avevo Esta pronto e la struttura pur essendo stata avvisata prima del arrivo, oltre che da me anche da expedia. si e rifiutata di farmi avere alcun rimborso, capisco le politiche di cancellazione , ma per un soggiorno di 8 notti potevano rimborsare alcune. sono molto deluso.."
