“Not welcoming on reception, they just point to your room on the map and give you your key, no bell boys, no explanation of resort facilities. Unless you upgrade to Level which we did the second day, the rooms are very outdated and far from beach and breakfast (15m walk) trollies are very few, about every 20 m or more. Even the Level rooms have issues, our shower head was broken. Don’t believe any of the google reviews, guest are constantly approached at lunch, the staff ask you how lunch was...
