Hotel di lusso a Isole Marieta

“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

Despues de quedarme ahi, no hay punto de comparacion con los otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Punta Mita, este es el mejor. Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). La suite que nos dieron de upgrade es de las mejores de un resort que he tenido la fortuna de alojarme, comparandole con hoteles en todo el mundo. El unico pero...

“Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff that treated us excellent. Great restaurants until the cartel extended our stay three more nights. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night. I booked it on Expedia and they accepted the reservation but it was such a slap in the face to shelter in place when every other reservation extended for free. I get they have cost but this was absurd to the...

“Entire resort super clean . Staff amazingly friendly . Shout out to our butler Josue for always going above and beyond for us ! Food was always fresh and sooo good ! Only thing to be aware of is there are lots of stairs .. everywhere . Pool was always super clean . ”
