“Excellent location being close to both the airport and right on top of a shopping mall (with premium outlet shops) and subway station. Yet, the rooms are very quiet and the bedding excellent. The only thing I d point out is that the furniture felt a little worn out, but you really have to look to find out. Overall a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. “Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help.”

“通常のスタンダード2ベットルームをリクエストして予約していたが、アサインされた部屋は1ベットルームで車椅子の方が使用するバスタブの無い部屋だった。エキストラベットを入れてもらったが、アクセシブルルームで気分も下がりました。バスタブが欲しくてハリウッドホテルを選んだためアクセシブルルーム以外が良かったです。”
