Why aren’t wait staff trained to come back after a minute to see if they need anything or if everything is ok? Why don’t they come around and fill up water and coffee? Earn your 20%. Tips are not guaranteed they are for excellent service.”

“The highlight of our stay was meeting the proprietor Farhad, who is an accomplished pianist (plays the grand piano and a harpsichord for guests most nights) and a superb chef. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished and the location is great, walking distance to the center of Friday Harbor. Loved our stay.”

“Our stay at Snug Harbor came at the end of a 10 day trip around the northwest and couldn't have been a more perfect ending. The setting was stunning and the tranquility was serene. The grounds were excellently manicured and the scent of the lavender was divine. Our cabin was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed.
