“For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.”

“We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There is a view of the water and it is close to the beach. There is a walkway along the beach that is very accessible and we walked each day we were there. Even at night and felt very safe. I appreciated that we were able to have our son's dog with us and our grandchildren loved the pool”
