“La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La camera era spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve per dei pasti veloci; bello e comodo il terrazzo con meravigliosa vista sul mare. Ottimi i due ristoranti e anche la panetteria. Il personale è risultato sempre cortese, disponibile e sorridente. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera e il late check out e hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarci. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente. 😊”

“So, our review will be mixed. We had a great time. I would say the property is “clean” and food was the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. Service was mixed. There were some exceptional people and some that were lazy. The other thing that we didn’t like and noticed is that the bars would only rinse glasses vs use clean ones from dishwasher when busy. “We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. “L’hotel merita, la stanza è come la descrizione , pulizie quotidiane anche se anche se vengono effettuate spesso nel tardo pomeriggio e dopo sollecito, non avevamo l’all inclusive e non possiamo giudicare ma per il resto il mini appartamento ha tutti i comfort anche la cucina completa.
