“We really loved this hotel. Everything was so fancy and clean, we really loved the bidets, the room set up, and the amenities. This was the best gym and sauna/spa. The pools and views were amazing, I left with the best tan! The casino was nice and all of the shopping too! The restaurants were great too! “This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me.”

“We stayed at Casa Coco, the oldest part of the Resort. All was good with exception of: WIFI in the room was not working properly but in the hall was very good and fast; cleanliness of the room and of the common parts not very precise, anyway acceptable (just few stains on the tablecloths and a bad smells from the shower plumbing).
