“The boathouses were clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. We only stayed one night. The swing seats on the deck next to the pool was a nice feature. The continental breakfast was really good. “First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....

And no Comunication at all when they run out of bananas to do your smoothie after waiting 45 minutes. In Bam Bam they serve the food overcooked and burnt. Very expensive to eat and drink”
