"Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una sola notte e, nel complesso, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Una piccola nota per noi europei, poco abituati a questo tipo di soluzione: l'ostello occupa soltanto alcuni piani di un normale palazzo e, entrando nell'edificio, non si ha immediatamente la sensazione di trovarsi davanti a una struttura ricettiva. Può quindi esserci un primo momento di spaesamento. Una volta superato questo piccolo gap culturale, però, tutto funziona perfettamente. Il check-in è stato rapido e semplice e la posizione è davvero centralissima, ideale per muoversi facilmente in città. Per un soggiorno breve è una soluzione pratica e comoda, che sceglierei nuovamente"

"Excellent Location and a Welcoming Stay I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Myeongdong. The location is truly strategic, making it very easy to explore Seoul and reach the main attractions and public transportation. Despite being in such a lively and convenient area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, which made it a very comfortable place to relax after a busy day in the city. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, and the overall experience was both comfortable and enjoyable. A great choice for anyone looking for a well-located, quiet, and welcoming hotel in the heart of Seoul. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is definitely iconic and in a very good position to visit the city. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Japanese restaurant excellent. The rooms lovely and beds very comfortable and amazing views on the city. The only thing that we didn’t find good enough for a five star hotel if this kind, were some of the facilities: only one bar in such a big hotel, often booked out so had to wait in waiting list. The inside pool smallish and crowded with families and children. The outside pool accessible only paying an entrance fee. On the whole a good stay."

"If you are looking for a hotel that puts you right in the middle of the action, Hamilton Hotel is your answer. The location in Itaewon is simply perfect – everything is at your doorstep and the energy of Seoul surrounds you from the moment you step outside. Now, a word of advice: read the reviews before you book. This hotel is not for the light sleeper or for those seeking a quiet retreat. The music, the buzz, the unmistakable sound of Koreans having the time of their lives – it is all there, every night. For me, that was exactly the point. I came to Seoul to experience the city, not to hide from it, and Hamilton delivered on every level. Watching how Koreans celebrate and enjoy themselves was genuinely one of the highlights of my stay. The staff deserve a special mention – warm, professional, always smiling and ready to help. Easily a 10 out of 10. That kind of hospitality makes a real difference. Breakfast was the one area where the hotel could do better – fairly basic and not quite up to the standard of everything else on offer. A small downside in an otherwise great experience. Would I return? Without hesitation. Hamilton Hotel, thank you for a stay I will not forget. Seoul would not have been the same without you."
