“The hotel is definitely iconic and in a very good position to visit the city. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Japanese restaurant excellent. The rooms lovely and beds very comfortable and amazing views on the city. The only thing that we didn’t find good enough for a five star hotel if this kind, were some of the facilities: only one bar in such a big hotel, often booked out so had to wait in waiting list. The inside pool smallish and crowded with families and children. The outside pool...

“Posizione top!

“Staff were very accommodating and helpful! Specially Marie and the Team, also their manager forgot his name but they are very kind. Location are so close to Myeongdong line 4 station, its an ease to go around seoul, myeongdong night market and shopping center is walkable as well. Room is very clean and descent, theres also a free breakfast . Overall, my stay was wonderful, definitely will book again when i come back to South Korea 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷”

“No.This is my opinion at the end of a stay in this hotel which claims to be a four star but both for the staff and the poor quality of the services it is definitely a low class pension. The hotel was half empty when I arrived. Irrespective of that I did not ask for any room upgrade, as I had already booked an executive room, but simply for accommodation on the upper floor. Nothing to do, the fifth floor was assigned to me.It is worth clarifying that Oriens Hotel and Residences partly lies on a...
