“Clean & Modern Rooms. Great Views. Short walk from Train station.. but the beat part are the staff / Owners they are great people. definitely will be coming back in the fall. ”

“Kitchen was very well-equipped, with a lovely big fridge. Appreciate the laundry machine available. Older place so a bit worn and dusty in places. Very spacious - yet somewhat awkward for just relaxing in. Single beds were not comfortable so we placed tri-fold mattresses on top. Orange duvet covers not a pleasant material to touch. We could not get hot water in the tub so we're not able to enjoy it! Air conditioning was good! Nice neighborhood. Lovely plants and birds just outside!”

“Camera bella e spaziosa fornita di tutti i comfort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma che parla pochissimo l’inglese. La cena Kaiseki per noi un po’ sovraprezzata ma buona. Bagni onsen belli. ”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“Everything is gonna be okay, and the night shift male staff also helped me to fix the laundry machine(But actually not).Until I used another laundry machine to wash my clothes,I suggest that staff can write some awareness notes on paper to remind other travelers not to use the broken one.However, he didn’t do that, the other pitty traveler happened the same situation again like me.According to this event, I find that the front desk members don’t know if travelers’ amenities are useful or...
