“Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

“Pros, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor shower for getting sand off, good breakfast buffet, honestly decent price per night. Cons, the elevators got stuck 2 out of 3 days of our stay, needs one or two more outdoor showers by the indoor pool access door for getting sand off before entering the hotel. All in all would highly recommend as our stay was great.”

“The room was clean, you had nice staff and very helpful staff there but two of the lady's was not. The breakfast was the same everyday. Beachview was great. The pool was always cloudy looking and dirty, I dont recommend getting in the pool. Overall it was alright, I seen worst”

“This property was on the beach, had a restaurant attached. It was well located on a calmer area. Hotel had a pool, easy access to the beach with showers, chair and umbrellas to rent, also near a bike rental.”

“This is an older hotel but it’s well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect which is reflected in the pricing. My room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. The room is a little small but if you had more people in it but just fine for a solo traveler. The bathroom is definitely on the small side where the closing door comes close to the toilet but still manageable for me. “The location is fantastic and the room was big and clean. However, the furniture is outdated, the balcony was very dirty, and both the main bed mattress and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful so we couldn’t eat anything there. There was constant noise from other guests partying during the night. It's fine if you only care about location, but I won’t be returning.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s our spot. We’ve stayed here before, but this time the kids and I decided to make it our permanent Virginia Beach place. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful as well. It’s a really short walk to the beach from the parking lot.
