“The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

“Don't like the service bad front desk”

“I stay just for a night, staff professional and very friendly. Good as well the restaurant with great choise of draft beer. Very good the shuttle bus to airport.”

“One of a kind property that defies categorization. Worked out very well for us as a couple traveling with our dog. Owners were friendly and flexible. Antiques and knickknacks throughout the property as well as steep stairs make it not particularly kid-friendly. Can walk to restaurants and park nearby. ”

“This is a place to avoid like the plague! People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! “The stay was great, but it started off a little rocky when the room we reserved wasn’t available. Instead of two queen beds in a room, the only room available was a room with a king bed and a pullout. Not so great for a family of six. But we figured that out. The breakfast was great—even better than at other H2S’s I’ve stayed at. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.”
