“I called the front desk to help me with putting on Netflix so I could log in. She said someone would get back to me and no one did.
The hotel is dirty and no amenities. On-line it said restaurant but no restaurant.”

“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“Front desk staff was great! Breakfast was good and varied.
Was able to park near my room in handicapped parking.
However, no one cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Front desk was very accomodating.
Bathroom sink in room 113 needs attention. Drainage is almost closed. Shower was fantastic!

“There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel ”
