“Lovely location with beautiful views. We had asked if we could have a room with a view, but on arrival we were given ground floor which was quite dark inside and overlooking the rooms accross from ours, we were moved to an upper floor again overlooking the next accommodation block and a little brighter, if you book try and get one with a view. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom shower cubicle leaked water and the shower head kept dropping so had to keep adjusting it really needs a new...

“This place is a fabulous bargain. Amazing price with a really good breakfast included. There’s no skimping in care, the room was faultlessly clean, and was spruced up each day of our stay. The hotel wasn’t exactly what I was expecting - the name suggests a degree of elegance, but what I found was a downmarket version of a premier inn without the consistency. Relatively convenient for nearby attractions about halfway to Bewdley on the Bewdley road. A decent walk to the center of Kidderminster for most dining options.”

“Located in centre of town there was a lot of noise from people going to and from pubs/clubs, also a lot of boy racers in there cars driving around and around constantly past our room window, we did stay on a Saturday night so probably busier than other nights, but had to have window open due to being hot and no air conditioning, and even with window closed still quite noisy.
