Guests will benefit from our self check-in process, where they will receive check-in instructions and a door code prior to arrival. The entire unit, with its private entrance, is completely accessible to our guests, ensuring privacy and peace. Street parking is available and free, letting you use your vehicle freely to explore the various attractions nearby.

The property manager is nearby and is available should you have any questions during your stay.Safe and free parking is available on the street. Taxis and Uber are available in the area, but you are best to have your own vehicle as most attractions are a short drive away. There is a public transport bus stop approximately 15 minutes walk which will take you to the Frankton Bus Hub, and from there connect to Queenstown, Arrowtown etc.

This is a ground level property with easy access.

Towels and bed linen are included in the rate for this property. An initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some kitchen supplies are provided.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
As this agreement is for the provision of temporary or holiday short-term accommodation it is not a residential tenancy agreement . As such the Residential Tenancies Act does not apply to this rental period.

Guest’s Obligations
The guest shall be responsible for the property during the guest’s stay. This responsibility includes: taking reasonable care of the property; reporting any damages during the guests stay and leaving the property at the end of stay with all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the property in a clean and tidy condition. The guest must not remove anything from the property and all furniture returned to the place in which it was found on arrival.

We understand that breakages and accidents do happen. We won’t ‘sweat the small stuff’ such as the odd piece of glassware, dinnerware or fair wear and tear. However the guest shall be liable for any breakages or damage caused to the property or any part thereof, or any chattels therein that may occur during the guest’s stay that is negligent or malicious. We ask that guests report any damage to us when it happens.

The guest is responsible for making sure that there is no use of illegal substances or conduct of illegal activities at the property and/or any activities that could invalidate the insurance policy, as they are strictly prohibited.

No caravans, tents or other accommodation will be placed at the property without written permission from the property manager.

The guest shall not cause or threaten to cause serious damage to the premises, or endanger or threaten to endanger people or property or cause or threaten to cause a serious breach of peace, privacy and comfort to the neighbours. The guest shall not disturb the quiet and enjoyment of neighbours or any other condition imposed herein.

Number of Guests
The guest agrees that the total number of guests shall not exceed the number specified when the booking was made, unless written approval is obtained. If the guest shall exceed the permitted numbers, Elevate Property Management may at their sole discretion terminate the guest`s stay on 6 hours written notice. The guest agrees not to assign or sublet the premises to any other person or persons.
