We stayed for a night, had to upgrade to a larger room at the last minute and it was no problem. Breakfast was good and served at an early hour. Check out was a breeze.

Really needs a facelift, the room seemed really dated. Not many amenities and the second lock on the door was broken and didn’t latch. Staff was nice and no specific issues, just not the most comfortable stay.

We found our six night stay to be very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Special shout-out to Terrance, who greeted us each morning and made sure things ran smoothly in the breakfast room. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The only reason for 4 of 5 stars is because it could use some TLC, which we were told will begin May of 2024.

Hotel was ok unfortunately the first i saw when i turned the light on in my room was a roach on the wall. No one likes bugs especially near their bed. Also the person overseeing the dining area for breakfast this morning wasn't very pleasant to me when asked to microwave my food. Seemed as if i bothered him.

I am surprised and disappointed that this place is under the Marriott brands. The bathtub is FILTHY, there is black stuff on the walls, and the bedsheets are dingy. I asked to change rooms because of the filth. The second room was equally as bad. When I asked again for a clean room, the clerk said that they didn’t have anything. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a room at another hotel and I was stuck there. I slept on a chair all night because the bed was just too dirty. This one needs to be removed from your listings.

there was gum stuck to the side of the bed.. the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. sink didn’t drain & tub was dirty. let the front desk kno, was told it was to late to change rooms & to check back the next day. checked back, the toilet ended up being clogged too.. & the person at the front desk was very nonchalant about the sink not draining & the dirty tub. told us it was nothing he could do because the manager didn’t answer the phone. however, he did unclog the toilet.

Definitely expected it to be a little nicer and more up to date! I would pay the extra $ & stay at a nicer hotel. Not very clean either.. probably wouldn’t stay here again

Very disappointing
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Fairfield property. The bathtub was absolutely filthy. The dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were all empty. Unfortunately, I did not discover this until after I was in the shower. The heat didn't work and it was quite chilly as a result. The mattress had a huge sag in the center and should have been replaced long ago. The hotel was located very close to a railway track and the train blew its horn loudly all through the night waking me up several times. The street on which the property was located was closed and under construction so you had to figure out a back way in. There were no restaurants within walking distance. On a positive note, the towels were fluffy.

Place needs new carpet. The late night clerk that checked us in was nice but other than him the rest of the staff especially the day time workers were very rude and unhelpful. My wife was sick and I asked for a late checkout and was denied. Stay as far away from this hotel as possible

A few issues to fix
The overall stay was pleasing. Yet, the bathroom area really needs a major upgrade, if it is to remain in the Marriott chain. The sprinkler had no cover; bathroom area has very dim lighting; The tub has a sunken middle which is very uncomfortable to stand in; The toilet in below chair height; When in the shower, the dirty under rim of the toilet is very visible; The tiles in the sink area were broken; The trash cans had no bags; There was heavy dust under the microwave.

Could have been a lot better for the money we paid
When we entered the room; there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the bathroom which was a turn off. The condition of the room we expected to be better being that this is a expensive hotel costing over $100 per night so what we got definitely should have been better as far as the quality and luxury of the room. I’ve been in Super 8 hotels that were in better condition. While showering; I saw 2 spiders on the shower curtain. Pest control is definitely needed there.

Update rooms
The customer service was good. Very friendly people at the desk. Rooms are very outdated. One of my family members had to change rooms twice due to the 1st room having a dirty tub and the second had someone's head print in the pillow like someone had slept in the bed prior them checking in.
