“First of all the building and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean but this hotel is advertised as 5 stars and is very far from the service expected for such a high category hotel. Some examples: - the hotel is advertised to be in Jaisalmer, but it is one hour drive from the city - there is no hair dryier in the room - there is no laundry service, gym and wifi is super slow; - we dined at the reastaurant and it took 45 minutes to serve our table (please note that we were two tables only...
