“Clean room”

“One of my favorite places to stay. Big rooms, great breakfast, and close to everything. Staff is great. Stayed here multiple times and love it.”

“Rooms themselves are standard hotel rooms. Breakfast is pretty bad and it was extra time of booking. So skip breakfast. Also staff is pretty unhelpful unfriendly and not interested at all on serving. also they charge for parking. Many better options in the area so unless you get a pretty cheap rate I would skip.”

“Great location. 3 blocks from metro train station. 2 blocks from area with multiple restaurants, stores and bars. Outdoor live entertainment In courtyard between stores”

“Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...

“Room had a musty odor. Bathroom too small. Kitchen was in rough shape. Elevator broken. Stains on the carpet floors. TV was low to the ground and hard to watch from bed. Hallways smelled like smoke. Generally old and depressed building.”

“The room was dirty I need a refund immediately I will never stay here again the room ahd old dead bugs dirty sheets and no rags”

“The rooms weren't terrible but really not great. The breakfast buffet is a LIE! Waffles and cereal are not a buffet. I booked this hotel for the breakfast specifically. $150 a night for waffles is unacceptable. The thick glass between the receptionist and us is so thick, you can't hear a word they say. I still don't have my deposit back either. Absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING and deceptive practice.”

“The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer. I also requested fresh towels because the two towels in my room had hair...

“Camera in linea con quanto pagato. La struttura non si trova esattamente vicino al centro cittá, peró dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla metro ed ha un paio di linee del bus proprio sotto il motel. Il quartiere non offre molto, è una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e a 5 minuti a piedi si trova un Whole Foods, molto comodo. ”
