“Clean room”

“One of my favorite places to stay. Big rooms, great breakfast, and close to everything. Staff is great. Stayed here multiple times and love it.”

“Rooms themselves are standard hotel rooms. Breakfast is pretty bad and it was extra time of booking. So skip breakfast. Also staff is pretty unhelpful unfriendly and not interested at all on serving. also they charge for parking. Many better options in the area so unless you get a pretty cheap rate I would skip.”

“The room was not clean. The sheets were visibly stained, the shower did not appear to have been cleaned, and the kitchenette was also dirty. There were also spiders in the room. I booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch, but the pullout couch had no sheets and could not be used. When I went to the front desk, I was told they had no extra sheets. After I pushed the issue, they eventually started laundry and gave me a fitted sheet, flat sheet, one blanket, and a pillowcase, but no...

“Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...

“The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk.
