“Amazing place to stay; clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. However, parking is a bit of an issue. They offer valet parking for 45 a night, but the only self-park is street parking. This hotel is in the medical district with some very popular restaurants and bars nearby so parking can be pretty difficult to find. We ended up paying for the valet because the closest open free parking was about four blocks away”

“This a beautiful property done in a retro art deco style. Even though it's art deco style, it's very modern. Location in downtown Fort Worth is perfect for access to everything”

“Nice place, we enjoyed the hotel and room…..but we arrived during FIFA (not the reason for our visit), which I guess gave all businesses in the area a “license to steal”, so parking fees in and around the hotel were outrageous. We have never stayed in a hotel downtown, I suspect parking is a luxury at most downtown places, so we just sucked it up and paid the $40/day valet parking price, as opposed to their normal $20/day, which is more reasonable.”

“Check-in was way too casual. Not very helpful. Also gave us an idea for dinner but a terrible restaurant. Only redeeming qualities is location and rooms. Everything else was just hoe hum”

“I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel has some positives, but for the price (close to $1,000 for two nights), I expected a much higher standard. The biggest disappointment was the room. It was extremely dark, with only one window looking into an internal light well, so there was virtually no natural light at any time of day. The room also felt very dated. The lounge was old and worn, the carpet felt grubby underfoot, and the overall atmosphere was gloomy and tired. The staff were...

“The toilet ran if you didn’t push the handle back up. The faucet in the tub was loose from the wall which made it difficult to turn on the shower. The A/C struggled to cool down. The breakfast was satisfactory. Staff were nice & accommodating.”
