“What an amazing staff! My sister and I felt pampered from our arrival to departure. When we missed breakfast, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we received a meal instead of suggesting that we find our meal elsewhere. Free round trip shuttle service was offered to points of interest in the city during the month of June. This really helped because we didn't have a car. “Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. TV was not a smart one and we were unable to screencast our phones so had to watch shows on our phones. Looking forward to sleeping in to be woken by very loud, repetitive noises beginning at...

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

I could quite literally hear everything that was happening as there were 15+ diners 10 inches from our hotel room window. Blasting music until midnight. People above us seem to enjoy dragging their chair back-and-forth till about 1 AM. TV did not work. No record player in the room. Charleston has a fun city, but do not stay here.”
