“The Hilton Home 2 Suites was excellent! Great location, huge rooms, close to downtown, freeways and airport. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel felt fresh, clean, had lots of parking and the staff was friendly. We were very happy with our stay.”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“L'hôtel non vale certamente i soldi pagati. Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”

“The floor in the room wasn’t clean and the toilet didn’t flush properly. When I called downstairs nobody answered the phone so I had to go down and tell them to send someone up to fix the toilet. It was fixed when I returned later that day. ”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“It could be nice but it is in sad need of updating. We had a suite on the 14th floor for 4 nights. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked. Everything about the space screamed cheap. It was furnished with low end Ikea-like furniture. The kitchen was furnished with a coffee maker and a frig. No microwave. No paper towels. Regarding the bathroom: that was the worst single ply toilet paper I have ever experienced. The tub had a grab bar but it is in the wrong place. The shower curtain rod bends down so the...

“They could not find my reservation because of the apostrophe in my name, they did not have a room for me, 35 minutes of standing in lobby while staff went behind closed doors to “figure it out”, they “upgraded” me to a room with no coffee pot, a fed full size refrigerator and a closet right next to bed with some kind of very loud generator in it”

“Airport shuttle at midnight ”

“The breakfast wasn’t tasty and they never had coffee ready. The power went out at one point and the staff was just standing around instead of calling someone. They just never put the breakfast out, even when the power came back on. The valet guys were good but everyone else was lacking in the service dept. There was hair in the shower before I got there, and they never replenished the soap or one makeup wipe. ”
