“Room was clean, staff were friendly. Only issue i found was the busy road and would have expected better sound proofing. Other than that all good.”

“What a lovely spot to stay. Just a short walk down to Millennium Bridge, Tyne River ect. From the moment we arrived the staff were delightful. From the maintenance man to reception. All our needs were catered for and Jason in particular was a ray of sunshine. Thank you Lisa Day”

“Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.”

“Great hotel but NO parking which has to be said is a big minus point. I parked at Riverside Parking on recommendation of hotel but you have to pay using Ringo App but as far as I could see you cannot pay for 24 hours as your parking slot ends at 23.59 on the day. How you pay for more ‘god only knows?’ Not user friendly. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good although aircon seemed to go off around 10pm? Definitely got warmer then.”
