The communication via WhatsApp was working great but also felt a bit like communicating with an ai chat bot. "It was our second time in Karlovy Vary and we were looking for a special place with a view, located in the heart of the city and close to all the main points of interest. This hotel was lovely, bright, with large rooms, a fantastic position downtown and with very pleasant and welcoming staff. We loved our room on the third floor with a balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom also very large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
