“The staff was friendly.. People just standing around outside... Alot of guest living there with people coming in and out.. Room was ok, had a moldly smell..had a refrigerator no microwave or coffee pot in room. Towels and sheets were clesn but dingy looking... The pool had kids in it with no adult supervision..”

“The outdoor seating area was marvelous. They were hosting 2-3 large events, the parking lots were overflowing in front but there was disabled parking close enough at a back door. Despite the large parties it was quiet and nice. The parties were held on the opposite side of the hotel. I was impressed. ”

“Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Easy free parking. Conveniently located off a main road. Breakfast available in the morning. Okay choices. Close to the University of Northern Iowa. My go to choice when staying in Cedar Falls. ”

“The staff checking in was great, the room looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, the AC in the living area did not get cool, it was hot as heck in that room, the freezer worked but the refrigerator did not get cold. The keurig did not shut off until the water was empty and overflowed the cup. The staff the following morning , she was very unprofessional, rude and snappy towards my children. ”
