Hotel vicino a Road Side Park - Janesville

“Clean room, lots of parking. Breakfast was so so. Not as big of a selection as the one we stayed at the.night before in Charles City Iowa.”

“Ok, for a discount room. The room was clean but the building was not maintained well, the breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. The staff was friendly.”

“The staff was not helpful. There was one guy who was helpful but not overly friendly. They were more worried about who quit and gossiping in front of customers versus making sure the free breakfast was stocked. The overall Custer service was a major disappointment. If it weren’t for that it would have been a nice stay. Great location in Waverly and lots of things to do within walking distance. Easy parking.”

“Bathroom had long black hair on floor on arrival. Pastries at morning breakfast were dry and stale. Coffee was lukewarm from dispenser. ”

“This hotel was perfect for 2 of us that came to town for an event at UNI (3 minute drive/20 minute walk for reference). The price was right, the exterior is nice & well kept, and the interior was consistent with that. Overall very clean, pleasant staff including the housekeepers we met in the elevator. Another review mentioned noise from the highway, but we did not find this to be a problem. (We were on the highway side too). Water pressure in the shower is great, there were plenty of towels...

“The property was in the Downtown which we needed. The area is typical downtown with the benefits of small really good eating places. The hotel caters to middle class people and has a great vibe. For the price it was a warm and friendly place with everything we needed.”

“We booked a room with a queen and pull out bed. They sent us to a room with only a bed. Had to put my family in two separate rooms because they overbooked. Then I stepped on a piece of glass in our room and had to dig it out. So could have been better..”

“Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

“The bed was terrible. Felt like we were sleeping on wood. It made lots of noise with the slightest movement you made. The pool and fire pit areas were great. Would not choose to stay here again though due to the very uncomfortable bed. ”

“The property condition was okay. There was a humming noise in our room which was quite disturbing. I think it was the ice machine that was next to our room. The guest above us kept getting up throughout the night and kept stamping. This lasted into the early hours of the morning I’m not sure what was their problem. The heating system was noisy as well. Despite the noise issued expressed, the hotel was okay.”
