“Hotel pulito, posizione ottima bagno un po piccolo ”

“L'insonorizzazione da migliorare. Eravamo nella camera 7022 e si sentivano troppo i rumori della strada ( non degli aerei). Colazione sufficiente per essere un HI Express, bravi a farla dalle 6:00 AM, ma troppe cose un po' insapori. Comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo se si prenota con degli sconti.”

“Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view. Overall, from the clean room, large lcd tv, bath and shower, friendly and accommodating staff, i would say i enjoyed my two night stay here. And oh,...

“The hotel is indeed so private ,clean and exceed my expectation. I was told they have soft opening and its recommended!”

“The place is very close to everything, but the room was extremely humid and there were no towels. When I asked for them, they could only give me three towels, even though I rented the room for four people. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom. The only good thing was the help from the people working at the front desk; they helped me get a taxi to my destination and were very polite.”

“hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though.”

“Executive lounge staff were excellent . Manager Yung on night duty was professional and made sure that guests had a perfect experience . Gideon and Paul (gym manager) were excellent, they showed us the sauna and other amenities. Paul saw I was walking barefoot and he hurriedly provided slippers around the pool area. Hoping to be back soon !”

“It is an OK hotel if you have the spend the night close to the airport, but that's just about it. The hotel offers a "free shuttle service" from the airport, which is kind of a joke. I had to wait almost one hour to get a ride when i arrived and on the return trip to the airport, the day after, the driver asked "vividly" for a tip. If you use Grab it is a 150 pesos ride (a little bit more than 2 euros), which i strongly suggest. It is gonna be faster, more efficient and hassle free. The room...
