Hotel in zona Anabu Segundo, Imus

“The hotel is closed to hospital, school and walking distance to the main road. Shops and restaurants are within reach. It’s connected to Divimall and a drug store. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Hotel is well kept that I even extended our stay. Good choice on food menu and breakfast was included on our stay. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.”

“Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good. Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready.”

“L'insonorizzazione da migliorare. Eravamo nella camera 7022 e si sentivano troppo i rumori della strada ( non degli aerei). Colazione sufficiente per essere un HI Express, bravi a farla dalle 6:00 AM, ma troppe cose un po' insapori. Comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo se si prenota con degli sconti.”

“We requested a transfer from Ortigas to Aseana thru Expedia and it was approved but when we showed up at Aseana, the front desk does not know about this transfer until we decided to book another reservation. Thanks that Red is Planet Ortigas approved our refund because of this hassle. Aseana should have taken steps to check this out with Ortigas but they did not help us.”

“The room is clean and staff are helpful with things we need. Air conditioner is working well and elevator is clean and ready when needed and tv is working well as well. Bed is clean and sheets and hot and cold water is working well. Thank you”

“It is an OK hotel if you have the spend the night close to the airport, but that's just about it. The hotel offers a "free shuttle service" from the airport, which is kind of a joke. I had to wait almost one hour to get a ride when i arrived and on the return trip to the airport, the day after, the driver asked "vividly" for a tip. If you use Grab it is a 150 pesos ride (a little bit more than 2 euros), which i strongly suggest. It is gonna be faster, more efficient and hassle free. The room...
