“Excellent customer service: security guard, concierge reception, maid, shuttle service driver. The only con was the lack of restaurants around the area especially at night. (which is beyond Skyport Hotel’s responsibility), but the hotel itself is exceptionally excellent for the price. Well maintained, clean, and champion customer service. I will definitely be staying here again next time, and perhaps buy my food somewhere before checking in. ”

“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

“My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter.
