“Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! ”

“So centrally located and nice big room! Lots of hotels don’t have a fridge anymore and you cram yourself in. This had room to relax, keep food in the fridge and had water and ice from the fridge too!”

“The hotel was a perfect location, staff were nice and hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom in our room had used wash clothes hanging from the towel holder, but the bathroom itself was spotless. I think it was just an oversight. I called down and asked for towels and wash clothes to be replaced. We waited an hour, but had to leave due to tickets for a show. When we got back the new towels and wash clothes were just laying on the dirty floor outside the room. Not impressed by that. Otherwise,...

“The view from riverside is priceless”

“Hotel staff was great. Beds and pillows are super comfy. They serve hot breakfast as early as 6:30am which was convenient for us. If new to the area and parking overnight, just know that it is on the side of the building and it cost us $28, which was a surprise to us when checking out. Other than that, all was super easy for a one night stay.”

“Hotel situato a 5 minuti dal centro, parcheggio comodo.la nostra suite era spaziosa con angolo cottura e zona salotto dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione varia e buona. Nel nostro piano c'era anche una lavanderia a gettoni economica e molto comoda.Non mi è piaciuta la piscina, il locale era freddo e l'acqua aveva troppo cloro.”

“As of May 2026 the rooms and hallways are in need of updating. Rust on metal fixtures in the bathroom and table lamps in the room.”

“Rooms were mangled and we got three for a family trip, spent 1963 for 2 nights…. The management won’t even reply to calls or emails with photo evidence of the disgusting state of the rooms elevator parts were falling off while riding it. I had to return that to the front desk cause it looked to be a hazard toilet paper dispenser in our room was work. The laundry closet pole was hung up with medical tape. There was an exposed mouse trap, hanging out behind a closet in the room. Just horrible...

“Great place to stay at, loved the ambiance, the view of the city was amazing. It is spacious, and the top floor is great for adults and kids to just hang out in. Would definitely book again when we come back out here. ”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“Beautiful and immaculate hotel ! Delicious breakfast, drinks & aperitivo! Lovely, helpful staff and beautiful setting. Convenient to visit Rome and visit authentic, more rural Italy too.”

“Had a very nice one-night stay at the Sheraton. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the city and some of the bridges. It’s very convenient to the center city, with a light rail stop a short walk down the street and only 2 stops to get into town. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you are into running there’s a nice long trail right along the River. We were there for a concert at PPG and it was perfect.”
