“We were only in town briefly for a concert, so we didn't have the chance to enjoy all of the hotel's amenities, but the customer service alone made this a five-star experience. I had booked a room with two queen beds months in advance, but shortly before our stay I was notified that, due to hotel renovations, that room type was no longer available. Since I was traveling with a group of teenagers for a concert, having separate sleeping arrangements was important. To make matters even more...

“Hotel situato a 5 minuti dal centro, parcheggio comodo.la nostra suite era spaziosa con angolo cottura e zona salotto dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione varia e buona. Nel nostro piano c'era anche una lavanderia a gettoni economica e molto comoda.Non mi è piaciuta la piscina, il locale era freddo e l'acqua aveva troppo cloro.”

“When we arrived none of the 3 phones worked asked for them to be fixed all they did was switch the 2 in the room the one in the bathroom (handicapped room) didnt work, a glass cup was filled with sugar and empty sugar packet, air conditioner leaked couldn't put anything on the ground within 2 ft of it or it got wet. Couldn't have the bathtub all the way on either shower or tub. Empty tissue holder in the wall had dirty qtips in it. Housekeeping took dirty towels didn't replace with clean, Body...

“Great place to stay at, loved the ambiance, the view of the city was amazing. It is spacious, and the top floor is great for adults and kids to just hang out in. Would definitely book again when we come back out here. ”

“Loved the decor, location and feel of the hotel. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The only issue was the fact that there was a wedding one night and we could hear the DJ and all the noise two stories below us. Everything quieted down by 11, but that is definitely a consideration.”

“It was a realy cool place and I would definitely recommend it . Friendly, cozy and definitely differant but an awsome experience.”

“Stayed in the king suite which had a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator with freezer. Clean and updated. Kids slept on pull out. Great for family or guests. Pool was very small and only 4 feet- but enough for a quick dip. No hot tub. Gym was nice and clean. Great access to many downtown and restaurants on foot.”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
