“We checked in around 1am on Friday/Saturday March 20/21. The first impression with the front desk agent was poor. She wasn’t pleasant. Her face showed like she didn’t care. No smile. It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. “Elevators in hotel were malfunctioning all weekend. Had to walk up and down 10 flights multiple times. No hot water in shower (overheard many guests saying they experienced the same). ”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
