“Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing.”

“Average hotel for the price, however confortable, good bed. The hotel is along a road and there is no side walk, even to get to next restaurant half mile away you need to drive. The kitchen was without any equipment, not even a fork let alone pans however I could get a couple of things from the desk (very polite people)”

I had to write and request the password The bathroom sink was not secure and I was afraid it was going to fall. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. The water reservoir for the coffee maker was full of green slim making the coffee pot unusable. The bed squeaked every time you touched it or moved. “Serviceable ar best, location is the property’s best attribute. Not supplied well with towels and linens and the furniture is wobbly. Stay only if you don’t have other options. ”

“This was a terrible experience. The property was in a very scary part of Pittsburgh if you are not from the area. There were air purifiers that had vents through the widows. You were unable to lock the widows. The mattress was basically a a board. The pics are very deceiving. Try to contact the property owners and nobody responded. Terrible experience. ”

“The rooms are not carpeted, so slippers are a good idea. This also contributed to more noise above us. The room was not as cozy and spacious, as I'm used to, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast options were great. Something for every taste. I needed to use the hotspot on my phone to connect my iPad. It could be because it is a bit older. My daughter has a newer version, and she had no problems.”

“Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us.
