“Wonderful staff and room was clean”

“Room was nice. Checked in very late and they had me in and out quickly. Has a restaurant on property to purchase breakfast. Small gym area. Pool but wasn’t open yet. ”

“Staff was great and we loved the location. I would let people know that there are rooms above a cafe. We would have asked for a different room if we had known, but it wasn't too loud in the morning. ”

“Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

I should have switched rooms. I booked a 1-king and was given a 2-queen room. The complimentary water bottles were not restocked. Nothing was level in the construction. “We stayed at the Dinsmore Boutique Inn for one night on a recent trip to Virginia. It’s a beautiful historic building. Before check in we were contacted by the host, Jake and he was then around to welcome us when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us recommendations of where to visit and places to eat.
