“The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights.”

“Posizione comoda, non centralissima ma v8cina all'aeroporto e ad una zona pedonale con molto ristoranti e negozi. Personale non gentilissimo, e poco flessibili. Check in alle 15 e fino alle 15 in punto non hanno inziato, ho chiesto di prenotare un taxi per la mia partenza alle 5.45 del mattino e mi hanno detto che non si sarebbero segnati la mia richiesta a ma avrei dovuto swcndere prima la mattina stessa per la richiesta. Abbiamo scelto la camera in atile coreano, futon scomodissimi! ”
